Here we are once again with the nerdy news that is fit for you. Today, I wanted to talk about the 3 best Pokemon gyms to battle at Purdue University. It was announced 80 Gold & Silver Pokemon will be released this week as a gigantic update to the game. For a Pokemon fan like myself, I am very excited about this update. This brings a whole new meta into the game without nerfing Pokemon like Vaporeon to a lower attack power.

When the game came out back in the beginning of July of 2016, it was a phenomenal success the public but some glares by the press. It became the most downloaded app on the App Store of any app in their first week. The game was innovative for the use of augmented reality to bring the Pokemon to life. Overall, success led to the creating a social experience for young and old. For about a month after the launch, the game led to a number of incidences that was new for this generation of gamers. The last update to the game brought pre-evolutions to some of the Pokemon.

No matter the faction these are the best gyms at Purdue because you can access them in the comfort of a dining hall or classroom. There have been numerous occasions that I sat in these locations, preparing my Pokemon for battle, attacked and defended each. In the slideshow below,  I have added my own screenshots and the physical location of each gym. Even if you have never been to these gyms, go and maybe you will learn some history about the campus.
